We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, your order should arrive in the below timeframes.

UK:Items are shipped with Hermes, Royal Mail or Yodel and should be with you within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

US:Items are shipped with DPD, UPS or USPS and should be with you within 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Europe:Items are shipped with DPD and should be with you within 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Depending on where you are located, you may need to pay custom fees and duties. Please see more information below. 

UK
All orders are shipped from the UK therefore there will be no customs charges for UK & Northern Ireland orders.

US
All orders below $800 will incur no customs charges. For orders over this amount it is the customer responsibility to pay for the customs charges. 

EU
Customs charges will need to be covered by the customer for all EU orders.

UAE
Customs charges will need to be covered by the customer for all UAE orders.

Please note: If the custom charges are not paid by the customer and the parcel is therefore returned to us, £20 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover admin and shipping charges.
